I have purchased our last two RV trailers from Tom's Camperland. The Mesa location team is helpful and their service team is superb! I just had an issue with the jack and AC cover and they were able to fix these in less than 30 minutes even though it was 110 outside. I like company's with a great team, but when they stand behind their products, I will definitely keep coming back. - Paul

We have always gone camping as a family and most recently we bought a motor home to take our boys out & enjoy ourselves specially during this pandemic since it has been difficult for all specially our oldest with autism. Unfortunately there were some issues with our original rv, that were very soon resolved by Allen from the Mesa location who went above & beyond to help us iron out anything we needed. We are very grateful for his dedication, knowledge & support. We are now enjoying our new motor home and looking forward to many more memories as a family. We fully support Tom’s Camperland!! And applaud Shaun from financing, Adan that was so insightful from the inspection and most definitely Allen, who was truly responsive and supported us till the end. - Gabriela

I have been looking for a camper for a bit and finally settled on a make an model that I wanted, so I contacted Allen at Tom's and he quickly called me to get an idea of what I was looking for. Via email he was able to quickly give me a fair price on a camper along with an estimated date of delivery (campers are hard to come by during the pandemic). After a some additional research, I decide the model I selected was not quite right for me. I contacted Allen again and he quickly let me known that he would rather me be happy than make that sale and would work to make sure I got the camper I wanted. I wish Tom's sold cars.. it would make the experience a lot easier. It is refreshing to find an honest company like Tom's that provides exceptional service. One last note.. while researching campers I found a number of posts from people all of the country that had driven to Tom's to pick up their camper. It's nice to know we have a business like this in AZ. - Scott
We were on the market for a teardrop camper for years. We visited this store so many times over the years to the point that Mike, one of the sales guys, recognized us. They were always very friendly and helpful and trying to help us find just the right trailer for our family without ever trying to push us to buy anything. Finally we found the right trailer at the right price and their customer service was incredible throughout the entire process. Andy worked his magic to make sure we could put our rooftop tent on top of our t@g and add a four bike rack and hitch extension that would take it all. I absolutely recommend them for their customer service and ability to custom fit our trailer. - Michel
We have to thank Jake McCanless at Tom’s for a great buying experience. We casually walked around lot viewing many truck campers. Please know that in preparation we had done our due diligence through many you.tube videos. From the Angela at front reception area to Sean in finance to Adan for walk through. Allen was my dealer that helped me the entire time. Very quick replies back via email and always kind and professional. When I arrived they took me right back into the showroom and there it was! The one I’ve been waiting for! Sean managed all the paperwork and explained everything about the contract. Eddie was our technician and did a full walk around and ensured everything worked as intended and made sure we understood everything. I’d recommend Tom’s to anyone interested in buying a camper or RV! - Dom
